About us

Our history

Pries Logistics VTC was founded by BL4CK$K1LL on 13th April 2019. We began as a small company with a couple of drivers.
The beginnings were not easy, we had to create everything we have, which took a lot of time and efforts. Some of those things were the website, driver ranks, getting experienced and enthuitistic staff and many others.

Time went by, and we managed to achieve many important milestones.

BL4CK$K1LL

Pries Logistics CEO

My name is Leon Baker. I was born in the capital city of Georgia, Tbilisi, however, I am Kurd by nationality. Studying at school and interested in Computer Science as well as in Graphics Design. I did not have a chance to learn design professionally, so I had to learn and improve my skills by myself. Besides, I enjoy playing computer games a lot, especially the games where I can have lots of fun with my friends. Those games mostly are PUBG, CS:GO, Rocket League, and of course, Euro Truck Simulator 2 & American Truck Simulator. If anybody is interested, I am Grand Champion since Season 6 in Rocket League and Legendary Eagle in CS:GO.

I joined the TruckersMP community back in 2016, when my friends told me that Euro Truck Simulator 2 has a Multiplayer. I did not know that much about the game and the community, so I decided to join the forum a year later and found out that it is possible to contribute for the community and do something really helpful by joining the TruckersMP Team, so I had an aim to help people with their problems, started being as active on forum as possible and I can proudly say that I reached my goal. In less than 2 years, I managed to reach 1000 Forum followers, and that is what I would like to thank every single follower because, without you, that would not be possible.

After 14 declined applications, I still managed to prove myself and joined the TruckersMP team as a Trial Supporter on 1st March in 2019. In less than 2 weeks, I got a promotion to the Full Supporter, and then the most exciting part of my virtual life started. People think that being a Support is an easy task because you send the user a ready solution, and they just follow that. However, that’s not true. Being a Supporter is something more than sending solutions to people. You spend your time searching for different problems, what does cause them, how to fix them properly and etc. and since I had no real experience of the Supporter, I learned lots of new, improved the communication skills and what is the most important, I made lots of new friends. Later, when the Translation team was relaunched, I decided to join as a Russian and Georgian language translator. After half a year of hard work as a Supporter, I got an opportunity to join the Game Moderation team, and that day, even more, changed my virtual life. Being a Game Moderation is a pretty serious position that requires high responsibilities, the ability to make quick fair decisions, and of course, the ability to control the emotions.

Now, I think it’s time to share the history of my Virtual Trucking Companies since I joined the TruckersMP community. The first VTC I have been in was Georgian Express, local VTC, which was founded by my friends. However, I was unhappy with the quality of the VTC and decided to move forward, so I joined Atlas Logistics, which was a pretty famous and well-organized VTC that time. If I remember correctly, I was in Atlas for a year in 2017/18 years. At first, I was there as a driver. However, I wanted to contribute to the VTC and later joined the Media Team. With a big surprise, I was offered the position of Digital Media Team Leader, which was responsible for Atlas Logistics Social Media and design overall. After a while, I decided that I need some changes and left Atlas.

In less than a month, I heard from ex Atlas members that they are going to open a new VTC, so I joined Prime Logistics, which was founded by Matt and Joe. When I joined, it was not officially opened, and I had the position of Media Team member. What I remember well from that time is that there was a poll for VTC slogan and I decided to enter it, I did not really think that people would like my version. However, I really won, and since then, the slogan of Prime Logistics VTC is “We Call, You Hall, That’s all”. Due to personal reasons, I had to leave the VTC before it was opened officially.

After a few months, I heard about a VTC called “Red Line Cargo”, I attended one of their convoys and was surprised with the quality of their VTC overall and decided to join because why not? I was there for a few months, but to be honest, it became somehow boring to me, and I decided to look for something that will suit me more. Sadly, I didn’t manage to find a place where I could be really happy.

I thought about opening my own VTC. Its name was “The Alliance Logistics” aka “TAL”, everything was running well, but for some reasons, VTC staff was not happy with me as a VTC leader, so after lots of complaints, I decided to step down from my position and left the VTC to let them manage it in the way they wanted to, and as I thought, it was closed after a month or two due to inactivity. The fact that I had to leave my own VTC made me very upset. However, I was thinking for a long time what I did incorrectly and decided to give it a second try.

That second try is known as “Pries Logistics”. I promised myself not to make the same mistakes I did in my first VTC, and by that, I mean getting rid of those who always complain but at the same time, do not offer something better. Together with Teardrop, my friend from TAL, I started leading Pries, but due to him being busy with real life, he had to leave the VTC, and his position of COO was given to Miyu, who I can freely say made a lot for Pries and not only. She was a person who was motivating me all the time, even when I had some silly thoughts to close VTC due to a bad mood, which was caused by both real-life and virtual life difficulties, but similarly to Teardrop, she had to leave Pries, too. Not going to lie, Pries became for me something more than a VTC, I made lots of new friends here and even managed to meet some of them in real life. I am proud of what Pries had achieved since the 13th April 2019 when we were officially opened and that all would not happen without the support of our Pries family members. And of course, Teardrop and Miyu, who were with me all the time, sadly, I didn’t manage to become closer to them, but I am at least happy with what they have done for the VTC.
